Students cheat on exams mostly because they don’t put enough time and energy in their studies. However， through their “clever “tricks， they get high marks on the exams， and some of them even receive scholarships. It’s not difficult to imagine how disappointed most hardworking students will be， and we are sure that there will certainly be students will be， and we are sure that there will certainly be students who will follow suit.

The result may be that the society will end up in unfair competition.
舞弊不仅将打消了学生刻苦学习的积极性，而且影响了学生思想素质的培养。考试是鼓励和促进学生努力学习的一种公平方式，如果除了努力学习之外还有其他的不公平的方式能获得高分的话，毫无疑问，这在一定程度上会鼓励学生去寻找不正当的方式来达到他们的人生目标，其结果可能会导致社会断送在不公平的竞争中。
